Location was good

Dirty room, no employees on site except 1 i saw randomly. Appliances broke, no coffee in room or in lobby. Dirty tub hair everywhere. Pool out of order and did not state that before booking. Really old mattress and blankets

The staff ? Probably the only the only person was pleasant .

The facility made me think I was in a place that was housing homeless or those without places to live. The room was dirty, window filthy, scratches all over the interior doors and in coming doors. It never should have gotten a rating of 7 on your booking site. It should not even be on your site. I'm a solo traveler and it was not a safe place to be. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. You really need to check these places and certainly I read through the review but they were not accurate!

The location was fine, within as mile of the dinosaur museum. Everything else was a let-down.

First of all, the front desk person asked when I had booked the room, seemingly disappointed that I hadn't paid more. He suggested that I come in through the front entrance of the hotel with my luggage, even though there was an outside entrance closer to our room. That's because the lock didn't work properly on the other entrance. The hallway was bleak, with grey room doors. The circuit over the bathroom sink was burnt and there were no bathroom lights. There was a frozen dinner left in the freezer from a previous guest. The front desk clerk corrected those two problems, and we had bathroom lights again. The room was cold but when I turned on the heater, it smelled so bad that I couldn't stand it. I had to open a window and air out the room. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The soap dish had been ripped off the shower wall, and nobody had ever attempted to repair it. There was no "do not disturb sign." The outside door to the motel had to be propped open to successfully go to my car without going through the lobby. They advertised a laundry, but it was disassembled with the washer in the middle of the room and two broken non-vented dryers. There were no working ice machines. When I asked the front desk if there was any ice machine that worked, they merely said "no." When I asked about the laundry, they directed me to the room of broken appliances I had just found. The pictures and descriptions on Booking.com do not correctly represent this property.

There was mold on all the seams in the shower. Stains on carpet.
