Great facilities, friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff.

No air conditioning in the bedroom although because it was an old building we really didn’t expect any…it was just unfortunate we were in the middle of a heatwave!

The food in Spencer's brasserie was lovely, the breakfast at the hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, and would definitely return in the future.

The room we had could do with an update, but the bathroom was modern, and it did have a certain charm.

"Nice for the area"

The meals were very good, 1st time I saw my 4 year old daughter enjoying the kids menu.

A bit pricey for the standard of the place. The small lift was boarding on claustrophobic. The first time I ever experienced that feeling and never got in that lift again.
