Blick zum See toll. Hotel sehr abgewohnt . Nach einem Regentag Wasser im Schlafzimmer trotz geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen. Badezimmer mit Schimmel und kaputten Fließen. Frühstück jeden Tag gleich. Ohne liebe geführtes Hotel. Pool in Ordnung trotz steiler Weg dahin. Parkplätze zu wenig. Sehr freundlich am Empfang

Lovely location,hotel was supposed to be 4star but I would say 3 star, it needed some TLC some of the staff were a bit miserable and the young bar man was very nice I’m sorry I don’t know his name

Cet hotel affiche 4 étoiles qui ne les mérite plus aujourd'hui en comparaison d'un hotel français. Tout est un peu veillot. Cependant, le personnel est aimable et vous renseigne bien. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'accès à la piscine qui est extérieure, nécessite de pouvoir monter des escaliers, l'équivalent de 4 étages. Le parc est magnifique. Dernier point à souligner : le parking. Pratiquement impossible de se garer dans celui de l'hôtel, il y a très peu de places, donc on doit parfois se garer à 500 m et d'un seul coté car la police est là pour verbaliser. L'hotel est bien placé en bord de mer. Le rapport qualité/services/ prix est correct.

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Stanze con macchie di umido sulle pareti,un giorno è caduto un pezzo di armadio, avendo un bimbo piccolo che gattona,dopo la pulizia delle stanze dovevo passare lo swiffer perché trovavo capelli,briciole per terra. Serrature poco sicure.Ottimo invece il ristorante

Magnifique parc avec arbres et piscine en plein air. De plus le repas du soir était excellent, et le petit déjeuner aussi

Hotel war sehr hellhörig.klimaanlage ist während wir dort waren für 2 tage ausgefallen. Türschloss war am letzten tag defekt...alt.die betten sind äußerst hart..muffige teppiche im flurbereich..es roch. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht die misstände zu beseitigen.. die zimmer waren sauber...frühstück war gut jedoch wenig Abwechslung. ..

Poor service and poor facilities. Staff cold, no baggage service, room has 3 lamps, only one working, air condition control broken open - cannot adjust temperature, room telephone has no instruction for dialing out or calling reception, room service has no menu in the room and hi surcharge for room service, no coffee in the room and late cleaning service. Room is not insulated, can hear the family next door talking and playing late. Pool is far and uphill and closes early, don't wear elegant or loose sandals, wear running shoes for hiking uphill :). Breakfast by the busy main street. Staff confirmed the reservation to transfer breakfast to be on the lake at Hotel Milano but it's not true. It's not accepted there.

Wir verbrachten kurzfristig eine Wochenende am Lago;

Firstly, the staff and service very good and very friendly and a special mention to Gioberto on the bar who worked hard to make sure everyone was looked after.The staff are the Hotel’s best asset 😀. We had some issues with a faulty air conditioning unit which they did swap out and addressed it very quickly. Unfortunately the new one didn’t work either but at least they tried. Overall the public areas are quite nice and we are in the restaurant one night which was good and not too pricy. There isn’t really many places to sit comfortably inside during the evening. They could do with making this a little more comfortable and welcoming and people would stay in the bar more. Overall the rooms were clean but very basic but to be fair for the price and location, this was the compromise you paid. Again compliments to the staff!!
