Hôtel situé en face du lac Majeur; juste une route à traverser. Endroit calme. Bon rapport qualité prix pour l'accueil, la chambre.Prestation du dîner à l'extérieur agréable, nourriture correcte. Possibilité de prendre le petit- déjeuner dehors, bons produits. Nous sommes restés coincés dans l'ascenseur et malgré nos appels, nous n'avons pas eu d'aide !...Heureusement qu'il s'est remis à fonctionner. quelques minutes plus tard !

Accommodation needing modernisation, particularly room bathroom and balconies. Air con was very weak and hardly aerated the room at all, so sleep poor in high 30 degree temperatures. Hall carpets are worn and threadbare, uninviting first impression. Bar area is clinical, no ambience indoors and one barman on duty, so service poor. Outdoor seating area has fake grass, and mosquitoes were everywhere in it, resting, then biting, meaning you couldn't sit out in the evening. Swimming pool has no filter system in use, and looked greasy and dirty from suncream? Night porter unapproachable and seemed disinterested in the patrons. Breakfast and dinner were good. Maître D / Sommelier very knowledgeable. Best staff member, Rohan, the Maintenance Man, a true gent and very helpful.

The property is quite old and no parking spots for everybody ( but you can easily find some in the area)

I found the hotel to be very clean, friendly staff, great location with a spectacular view. Restaurant at the hotel was very good. I would definitely go back

Unbelievably great service from the front desk Paula and Marta—— incredible aid with info, visit, getting around and solving a problem with my booking with an elderly relative in the most unbelievably helpful manner. Really great. Thank you. The breakfast is absolutely first rate every single day. The staff are so great they got a bottle to say thanks when I left. Really worth the money and a great place to stay, have a break and and visit the Lakes, local places, Milan and Switzerland.

Rooms were not clean. Mold in bathroom. Air conditioning did not work properly. Common areas were not clean. Everything was dated (beds, sofas, chairs). Definitely not a $175 per night hotel. I stay in hotels usually 25 to 30 nights a year and this was the worst in my life.

Nice and practic, a bit old but ok. Staff very nice snd boutique style. Good location. Lovely swimming pool in the nature. Would come again
