SHG Hotel Villa Carlotta

This hotel is i need of some tlc. It is old and tired.

Unusual and different and away from it all. pool wonderful.

Comfortable rooms, good shower, great breakfast eaten outside, good restaurant, good bar and cocktails, staff helpful

Our particular room was superb but that was because it was very big and had an excellent covered balcony. Most rooms are not like that. The hotel was old and a bit tired and the cleaning was no more than satisfactory. But we enjoyed it there and had no complaints.

Old building in need of renovation with very noisy air conditioning. Pool was closed and we were charged a tax of soggiorno that from the description appeared was inclusive.

Amazing lovely 5 days, good friends, Azaleas blooming where ever one looks. Nicely kept property, good and kind helpful people. Clean, directly on the lake. Fabulous view, terrace off of the room. Loved it.

Good location, wonderful view from the window, good breakfast, every things is ok.

The rooms are old, smells strange on the floor, there is mold in the bath. It’s required to install a shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor. Positive things: the staff is helpful, we had a room with lake view and it was big, they presented us welcome drinks.

Definitely not a four-star hotel Great location and nice staff tried very hard to please

The food was terrible, it was discovered that there was new management and it really showed. It was a very disappointing stay.
