Good stay, nice view from front rooms. Good breakfast

Currently undergoing renovations and upgrades to its service and facilities. Room was attended to daily and kept well. There was a buffet breakfast available daily with my booking. great location on the Esplanade and minutes from CBD.

Wonderful view, friendly staff. Room very dated. Musky smell. Renovations happening with air vents. Shower sets off fire alarm if door not closed

Smell

I didn't have breakfast there, I slept in. However my stay there were satisfied and I would let others know to choose this hotel. It's in the heart of the city with a beautiful location

I didn't like bathroom as there were no vent and we had to always put spray or perfume I the bathroom as I have asthma, I could smell the perfume when went in the bathroom. Also thee were people upstairs who kept making noise and were being loud but then they were dealt with which was good later became quieter.

Poor WiFi

Motel is under renovations which meant no sleep in a old tired building.

We walked in and went to our room which wasn’t what was booked. We paid for deluxe waterview room and was given a room overlooking a moldy roof at the back of the motel. The room smelt and mould growth was visible in the ceiling and bathroom. Also fridge was disgusting mould and rust. Bedding was discolored and stained. We left the room and told reception we were checking out. If we had of stayed in that room it would have been a significant health risk. Photos are nothing like what it is in real life. We were so shocked and disgusted after flying all day we were to tired to request a refund which I will endeavor to do now. I cannot understand how this place can accept guests as it is and there isn’t a governing body to shut it down. It shouldn’t be on the booking.com site
