Acacia Court Hotel

We were put in a really old room and Air Con didnt work and then when we complained we were moved to another room that had been painted and was slightly better than the last room. The interior is still in the 70's and run down. Only positive is closer to the airport and the beach but thats it. Restaurant not open on a Sunday either.

Close to town

Cockroaches moving about. Aircon wasn't even working. Tried to call to reception, couldn't get through. Will never book here again Breakfast was disgusting and cold. Was not fresh at all.

Construction in hotel (drilling that is incredibly loud going through the walls) from before 7am with no notice. The hotel should be shut during this not trying to accommodate guests. Breakfast unavailable contrary to written confirmation at the time of booking.

Breakfast was great, location on the esplanade was so the best with views, Value for money, Staff were very helpful

The only thing we like about the property was staff from breakfast and housekeeping. Rest all were disappointed.

Property is old and dirty in many places. Restaurant is not kept well. Rest room at the publics place were closed or too dirty to stand there. It was first ever toilet seen so dirty. Internet is too weak. Even data doesn’t work at room due to signal issue. Funny thing is I asked to receptionist about WiFi and she told me to stay at lobby and use to WiFi. Maintenance work Is going on everywhere and we will hear the sound of construction whole day. Worst ever experience. Never ever recommend to any one.

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom good but needs a grab rail to get out of the bath. Needs a small table on the patio.

Tried to phone Acacia Court 3 times around 11.30 to see if we could get in early. No answer.
