Staff were lovely but they spoke very little English. Meals were cooked and delivered to room but were average.

I choose not to stay at property again

Property is dated and undergoing a renovation so the rooms aren’t anything special but the place was meticulously cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and the bed was pretty comfy

Needs alot of work done on the building. Alot of mould. Tv wouldn't work properly and could see it had been damaged. Screen had black spots

Gross rooms, lots of work going on in the hotel, a used needle was found in one of the rooms. Not acceptable. Disgusting shared toilet in the restaurant

The room snelt like a wett dog Payed for a Ocean view,,I was looking at a roof & trees The room snelt wet musty i couldnt sleep I left early, Just felt dirty ,,, I think it was because of the smell ,,Payed $164 for one night ,,ill not recommend this to my friends,, I used to stay hear before wasn't like this Very disappointed Over charged I believe

The whole place is a dump, the easiest thing to do would be to demolish the whole building and start again, terrible image for cairns Esplande and Australia, stay away unless your desperate
