I rented a car and they refused to let me in/out of the property every time I went somewhere…it was like Fort Knox. Also, if you book less than 3 nights you don’t get to eat in the nicer restaurants. All you get is the buffet. I would avoid this property and we will not stay there every again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely and made lots of friends with the people who work there! Soo nice and such a pleasant experience - thank you again! The wildlife on resort was our favorite!

We liked the attentiveness of the staff and how quickly they were with transportation to get us from place to place. I killed a couple different cockroaches in the room and intentionally left them to see if maid service took care of them. One was in place for two days. This resort is by no means a drive, but it’s far from a 4-5 star resort. Having been to many all inclusive resorts, this is the second worst one we’ve been too. Be sure to ask and understand their rules for making restaurant reservations.

Property was nice, staff didn’t seem too knowledgeable at the front desk. I had some minor issues with getting bottled water, it seemed to be somewhat difficult. Also I paid for premium but a la carte restaurants were completely booked although I tied to book in advance, buffet food was just normal, nothing fancy.

The round pool has a bartender named Oscar who refused to clean the bar counter after a couple of women laid across it for pictures. It is a swim up bar. I just wanted it wiped off because they had their feet up there and everything. Guess what, everyone avoided that bar after. Very disappointing.

This vacation and property was absolutely amazing. We usually do not like to go back to the same resort, but we would make an exception for this one. It was amazing!
