Place is very nice and relaxing. As to the food it would be nice for them to have a variation, seemed liked they offer the same food everyday.

Service was terrible, lost reservation for dinner, did not accommodate at all. Do not go to this place. Horrible

Nice surroundings

Great get away. Breakfast was great. Dinner was underwhelming but fine. Lunch was pretty good. The wings at the snack bar are great! Staff tried to accommodate requests. Dinner reservations are chaotic. Please put a coffee machine in the lobby or a common 24/7 access area. Having to wait until 7 for coffee is a killer when the sun is up at 5. Coffee in the room is not a good option. Comments about walking a lot are over exaggerated. The hills and steps could be a challenge with mobility issues but we were fine.

The property was clean, views were awesome but the walk to the main dining area was too far and hilly if you didn’t call for the van service. Steps were challenging for older people. But overall, we enjoyed out stay.

I loved the property. The room I stayed in was nice and I had a small balcony area which was nice. The buffet food was okay. It wasn’t bad just nothing too crazy. However the food options for dinner at the other restaurants were really good. The staff was decent however I had a few instances where I was waiting on line and the staff bypassed me and interacted with the Spanish speaking person first. It happened when I was checking in and also while waiting in line for dinner; that put a bad taste in my mouth. I think service should be provided fairly according to who arrived first. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the hotel.

This is a great place to stay, the staff are super friendly and the room was nice. The grounds and wildlife were wonderful but be prepared for stairs. The food was good but buffet was small, a few extra options would not hurt. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a quieter place. There is no nightlife so if that is what you are looking for keep looking.

Loved the nature settings which lend itself to hills making it a workout to navigate but found some clever little shortcuts to make it easier. The resort is great, not having ala carte to every restaurant is a bit of a miss as i have been to many and not one has limited reservations to any ala carte options. With adults only and slower season it even sounds worse. Great people like, Taylor, Anna, Brian ! I know Bryan isnt part of the resort, but is an asset on the beach .

Liked staff happy to serve and assist

We loved the pool , the close walk to the beach the property with wildlife was beautiful, the weather was perfect, friendly staff , good food we didn’t like the broken outlet in our room, a not functioning safe even after calling front desk, the outdoor gym needed a mosquito net we got bit working out , more chicken options for food !!! Property maintenance needs to be better we noticed broken lights around property we needed a flashlight
