Friendly staff , clean comfortable bed and room, nice breakfast options . Nice shower and sink setup. The mini fridge and microwave were both useful as well.

Luckily we chose a room away from the highway I knew the area well and I still could hear some cars very faintly in the bathroom in the early morning hours all through the morning but the hotel was built right along the highway so go figure it must have been a cheaper lot price . However getting on the highway was a snap lol

The reason I gave this low score is because of one person .....Violet when I called to get a late checkout I called the front desk and was rudely lied to by Violet when she said I had to pay 35 dollars for late checkout which is a lie then she made up a lie about the maids leaving at noon. We know this is not true because if reg checkout is at 11 how the heck are the maids leaving at noon there is no way maids are leaving at noon and I'm sure other guest asked for late checkout! Then she continues to lie and say they were to busy to give me late checkout. Which is it the maids leave at noon or your to busy and if your too busy how are the maids cleaning all those rooms by noon. My last straw was when I informed her I was a beat western gold elite member and she then tells me because I used booking.comnto make my reservation I am not allowed my best western member perks that's a lie as well I have stayed and spent alit of money at these properties and the fact that I have used booking before and still got late checkout shows she is just a liar. Then I did not care what she says and I stayed in the room naustious til 1130 and no maid or maids knocked one time and when I asked other guest leaving later if they were told they had to be charged for late checkout they said no , we booked on Priceline and she never said anything to us bout 35 dollars that's crazy all best western allow late checkout for free...so to future customers don't believe lies told by Violet and don't believe she is the manager she is not it is a man who is the manager she just lies and says she is so u dont question her,but I did and when I called the next day another lady answered saying the manager is a man. So Violet please stop lying about your title and to guest period you should be fired.

Room was clean. The shower was my favorite honestly, the water pressure was amazing. The couch was really comfortable to lounge on. The hotel seems almost hidden away even tho it is surrounded by businesses.

The bed was a bit hard for me. I'm sure it wouldn't bother some, but it made it difficult for me to sleep

Everything was wonderful and very comfofortable.The location was great ,nearby from freeway,yet quiet freeway noise.Room very modern,clean and comfortable.Property is beautiful and comfofortable,plenty of space at comfortable pool spa area,secluded ,comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast area ,clean and comfortable,a refreshing variety of great foods,from fres fruit cereals ,yogurts meat eggs etc.When I travel to that area again.Dixon Best Western Plus will be be my my place to stay.also the staff,very hospitable and pleasant.Thank You to all their staff.Very wonderful to to find such a wonderful such a wonderful motel at such a great price and value.

The only thing I didn't like,Was leaving,definitely my my next go to place.enjoyed the stay and the amenities very much.

While this trip was for a funeral,this location(Best western) allowed us plenty of of comfortable space do hang out and visit with our other family members and friends that also stayed at this Best Western Location.Best Western Plus Dixon.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DISLIKE,Wonderful.

The worst Best Western I’ve experienced. I’m not one to watch TV but getting in late after a long drive is one of the few times I’ll hit the ‘ON’ button on a remote. No luck, the TV didn’t work. They suggested a room change but if already schlepped everything from the car and figured I’d go to sleep rather than dealing with another schlep. Bad idea, not because I hadn’t visited the bathroom yet with multiple bug species hanging in the bathtub but because my usual 5am coffee the next morning out of a keurig-like machine tasted like mildewed water. It was clear the room hadn’t been used in a while and the components weren’t the quality & standards I’d expect at BW. There were a few other disappointments, however the front desk staff was kind. It is clear the biggest issue comes from the top down at this location. BW in my experience has always been a baseline standard but this (motel) didn’t meet that.
