The staff was very helpful and responsive. We were in a room near the pool, and the sound from the jacuzzi was quite loud when we were ready to go to sleep. My husband called and the office took care of it immediately.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast seemed to have been made from a powder or some such thing. They really were not very good. Also, I have never seen such thin "bacon"
