I really like the hotel, it’s clean the bed confortable, bathroom is clean, the special thanks to Veronica at the front office, she was always helpful and with a smile in her face. The I didn’t like the towels and the swimming pool (wasn’t clean enough) the breakfast mmm so so. but the rest was perfect .

Only issue was I killed a roach. I did report to front desk Representative. Apparently a problem in that area d/t weather. Other than that room was clean & overall service was nice/professional.

Our room and surrounding area were very clean. When i accidentally washed my ring down the sink, they immediately sent a plumber to retrieve it. Thank you.

At 4 a.m. we were kept awake by people sitting on the stairway in front of our room, talking quite loudly.

The location

I got charged $100 for deposit and was told I would get it refunded immediately after check out but that wasn’t the case. The next day I was told my someone that I would receive it 8business days. I also woke up full of bites all over my legs

Location near freeway was convenient. Good breakfast.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Cycled on and off all night. Front desk said hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. No offer of refund or discount.
