"Nice place"

Enjoyed our stay here, though the traffic on I-80 is loud at night. Will be staying here again, but will ask for a room away from the highway.

"We found a Gem of a hotel in the middle of Cali!"

Great all around experience. The hotel was super clean, well maintained, and the staff at the front desk was superb. Big shout out to Suzanne to take the time to write down some hot spots and restaurants in Davis to go see and eat. LOVED the pool and HUGE hot tub. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great and the rooms and bed were fantastic. We don't have one bad thing to say about this property.

"SKIP ON THIS HOTEL"

OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. THE AC MADE A VERY LOUD NOISE,THE TOWELS HAD A FOUL SCENT AND DID NOT DO THIER JOB. THERE WERE GNATS AND OTHER INSECTS IN OUR ROOM THAT MY HUSBAND HAD TO KILL PRIOR TO US GOING TO SLEEP. THE SHOWER DID NOT GET VERY HOT AND LEAKED WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE BATHROOM. THE BATHROOM/SHOWER WAS VERY SMALL. WE HAD TO ASK FOR TOWELS FOR THE TEAM WHO WERE SWIMMING IN THE POOL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.THERE WAS A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM BUT NO BOTTLE WATER OR ANY CREAMER OR SUGAR TO GO WITH IT. THE SMALL FRIDGE WASN'T PLUGGED IN AND WAS LOCATED IN THE CLOSET. ONCE WE PLUGGED THE FRIDGE IN,IT NEVER GOT COLD. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I like this hotel because it is very convenient for my purposes. It's right across from a Safeway and is in a mostly residential area. It is easy walking distance from a very nice large park. It is a little older but very well maintained. It also has mature gardens, including the pool area, which is a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast. The breakfast is quite nice with several food options. For those who prefer Starbucks, there are 2 of those close by. The staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. I stayed for 5 nights. I needed to request housekeeping services as those weren't automatic. This hotel is an excellent value in it's price range - clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. One note, it's right next to the freeway. The quietest rooms are on the interior corridor.
