Was perfect for our adventures around Cork

A beautiful property to stay in, and the hotel is in excellent order. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking space was helpful too.

Great place to stay, plenty of free parking. Close to the Marine market.

Lovely hotel with a few lets downs. No water in taps in gents bathroom in lobby. Food at 4 star prices in the bar but not 4 star quality. Breakfast was nice but service was bad, waiting 30 mins for a fried egg. Room was big as it was a family room but there was a door banging in the hallway all night.

Highly recommend The Address, Cork. They so kinsly obliged our requst for an early check-in due to our early flight. Comfortable bar and stylish reception! Have your walking shoes for the hill walk in and our of the city :)

Amazing food great service. Very convenient for anyone with a disability.Staff so friendly and helpful. Cant say how much I like this spot..my friend and I are regular visitors. Love this spot. We have never been disappointed with anything here

My wife and I recently stayed for 2 nights at the address. The value was very good however it was not backed up with basic service that you would expect a Hotel that claims to be a 4 star. The lift was broken for the duration of our visit, and as we were checking in we were advised that the water in the hotel would be turned off from 21:00 until 03:00.. apparently this was a problem in the “area” but from staying at the ambassador (previously the address) there was water issues back then also. Staff were friendly and accommodating, however i found myself doing table service (clearing away our own empty glasses) as staff gathered around the bar chitchatting) also the young blonde manager sipping on a glass of coke as myself and my wife served ourselves, Furthermore on our last day, my wife enjoyed a bath, and as she was drying her hair the hairdryer she was using blew up in her hand, I called reception and they immediately sent managers on duty to our room to see if she was ok, unfortunately there was no 1st aid responders on duty. Thankfully my wife was ok and we put the incident behind us as we wanted to enjoy our last evening. The manager waved the supplement on our steaks as a act of good faith, All in all this seems like a bad review but if thee Address address these small issues we would return again as we have been for the last 12 years. Great location and food was fantastic.

The people that work there are super friendly and efficient!

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Unfortunately, they choose event guests over overnight guests. Couldn’t eat or drink in the restaurant at various times, poor service because they were busy setting up for an event, well, one server was, three other staff watched him. They reset the event venue in the middle of the night, slamming doors every few minutes. I could go on. They wanted to charge us 25 Euros for a one hour late check out. We had to point out they had neglected to service our room that day before they backed down on the charge. Lots of little reasons to find other accommodation.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible, barely able to rinse shampoo off. Breakfast was was pretty poor and I found the bed uncomfortable, although that's subjective. Friendly staff, but probably wouldn't stay again.
