Quirky Hotel, was once a Hospital. Spotlessly clean and beautifully kept.Large comfy bed, bedding and pillows. Nicely appointed bathroom with toiletries. Good hospitality tray. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Grounds very well tended. A 10 minute walk to city centre but all uphill on way back! A little costly given price was room only but a very nice stay.

Getting a taxi/uber in the morning upon departure was difficult. We almost missed our train. Timely transportation options from the Hotel would be helpful.

Booked this hotel for a family treat. We were all pleased with our rooms. Lovely big airy rooms. Lots of character to the place. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast. The bar was nice and comfortable. The hotel has a lovely setting looking over the city. It is on top of the hill so it’s a steep walk back from the pub. Taxi’s easy to find. Would stay there again

I stayed at the address Cork for a hens party and to say I was impressed was an understatement. They staff were absolutely fantastic, they done absolutely everything to make our stay amazing. The manger on the day was so lovely and the receptionist. The rooms were beautiful and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again the customer service was outstanding. Thank you to all the team , this is by far one of the if not the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

We had a lovely stay at THE ADDRESS CORK HOTEL. Megan at the desk checked us in, she was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The room was perfect, with great views of the city. The hotel is in a calm and quiet area, which is great for a great night of sleep. :) Breakfast is filled with different options and the service given by Rebeca was on point. We would absolutely recommend this hotel! Thanks for having us.

It was with great disappointment that The Address forgot us, not once but twice, when we tried to book our wedding there. The hotel has a beautiful old world charm that meant we were very excited at the prospect of having our ceremony there. But having booked a visit in February 2025, we turned up to find they were not expecting us. The manager did take us around, even though she has only just started her shift, which was lovely. But on contacting the Events Manager 4 days later, he apologised for us being forgotten the previous weekend, and promised us updated wedding packages. That was the last we heard from him, 3 months ago. We have now booked our wedding elsewhere and sadly could not recommend The Address to plan a wedding if they cannot plan a visit or the sending of wedding packages.

Lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff throughout. Spacious rooms with big bathroom. Great food with friendly service. Would definitely visit again. Hotel is up a steep hill, which was not a problem for us on a daily basis, but would recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport with heavy luggage!

So I visited north restaurant part of the address hotel on Easter Sunday evening with my partner. We arrived 15mins early but were seated no problem swiftly as it didn’t seem overly busy but we were happily prepared to enjoy a drink at the bar until our table was ready if needed. The waitress was extremely hoarse which may have been due to illness or hungover but either way it was clear she wasn’t feeling too hospitable on the night in question. We waited quite awhile before our order was taken, so much so my partner had gone to bar and back with our drinks and there was water on the table but no glasses. Eventually the waitress took our order, she didn’t write it down but it was straight forward I suppose just one starter order, two mains. The mains came out and my partner’s was wrong so she took it back but I ate mine so it wouldn’t go cold but had finished mine before his correct order arrived out. There had been no suggestion to take my back to stay heated until his was ready so we ate separately….not ideal. I know errors happen of course and the waitress was apologetic but we sat there no mention of did we want to order another drink not to mind offer a complimentary one for the mix up! I just found the whole experience v badly dealt with, paying good money this day and age for below average service is unacceptable. The food was average, have had better, have had worse but the reason I wouldn’t return as because for a hotel that we had planned to stay around and try their cocktails we were just left deflated and wanted to leave promptly once our meal was finished. Pity I’m sure potential to rectify by at least being more attentive asking were we ok for drinks etc after the mix up could have redeemed themselves but we just felt we were an inconvenience from word go
