We stayed for two nights our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were quick to respond to any queries.

Don was an absolute gem! He is great company and service

The elevators would be better if fitted with a card pass. It would stop patrons noisy children from playing in them ; it prevents paying guests waiting until kids finish their mischief!!

Had a lovely stay the night of the all Ireland hurling final. All staff were super friendly and helpful but this place is for sure haunted. I would like to preface my partner and I had not drank much and we're back in the hotel around 10am., so this was. or some drunken experience. Around 2am i could not sleep so I threw on a podcast on my phone. Not even 2 minutes into my podcast I swear I heard a deep voice whisper "turn it down". Almost sh*t my pants if im honest. The voice came from the direction of my phone so i replayed that part of my podcast but the voice sounded nothing like the voice on the podcast and the words "turn that down" were never mentioned. My partners voice is no where near that deep and he was also on my right side while the voice absolutely without a doubt came from my left. We stayed on the 3rd floor so I highly doubt it was someone whispering from the ground floor. Anyways everything besides that was pleasant and I can't even fault the hotel one bit. Would come stay again though!

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. The room was below expectations, and the service throughout the hotel was underwhelming. On both mornings, we were woken early by loud crows scavenging in the garbage bins directly below our window. This issue seemed to resolve only when staff arrived for their breaks, which were also quite noisy. We encountered a plumbing issue with the toilet in our room. Although the front desk manager claimed to have fixed it, the problem persisted. His offer to demonstrate how to flush the toilet came across as dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering our extensive travel experience. Despite the hotel appearing to have low occupancy, we were not allowed to change rooms, which added to our frustration. Additionally, the restaurant service was slow, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Overall, the combination of noise, poor service, and unresolved maintenance issues made for an unpleasant stay.

The only good staff member was Ruth in the restaurant - the only friendly 1 (the only 1 who smiled). I had to move rooms as the 1st stunk of bleach and chemicals. It burned my eyes. I had to deal with a young girl (Emma) who's supposedly a mgr, but isn't a good 1. I was also told not to leave after I checked in at 4 as I wouldn't get a parking spot when I came back! The 2nd room was better

Staff were outstanding. Excellent service and attention to detail. Balcony rooms fab with excellent view across the city
