Reception friendly Service staff at breakfast and dinner was not very helpful, requests were ignored Cleanliness...well

Well aftera long day travelling just wanted a warm shower after 5 mins of hot only running got a luke warm/cold shower . Toilet takes ages to fill so second person in is not happy told reception said sorry we will look at for next guest very dissatisfied especially cost for room for night

Had a lovely stay there only issue was the rooms are very warm.

Hotel is well located and is a short distance to the English Market and city centre. It has a car park with approximately 20 spaces. There were plenty of spaces throughout my stay. Reception area is large, bright and with modern decoration. I was allocated a twin room which had two king size beds, sofa, table and chairs, plus a work desk with standard tea & coffee making facilities. My particular room was very large and had a balcony. No art work on walls, so it looked quite bland. Issues I had with my room were the TV kept losing signal, light strip behind bed only worked on one side. and the carpets in the room looked grubby. The furniture was a bit worn. The north restaurant/bar area is pleasant enough with a good selection of food and drink. Breakfast had to be booked in advance, but was self service and left a lot to be desired. I would understand the need for booking if they were cooking to order, but it was pre cooked food such as scrambled egg, sausage, black pudding, hash brown, bacon plus tomato. (Not very extensive options). Continental breakfast was a bit depressing. Mini croissant, mini jam tart, one type of cheese. One type of salami meat, cereal or toast. No fruit, yoghurts etc. Only one type of juice on offer. Coffee and tea options were also a bit rubbish. Either tea or coffee, no latte, cappuccino etc. in my opinion breakfast is not worth the money.

We celebrated my husbands 40th at The Address. I must say it was a great experience from start to finish, when we first booked with Cian who was extremely helpful throughout and with Jan who went above and beyond to help us on the day. I would like to thank Amy Mc, Ellen, Ramun and Don for welcoming our family and being so hospitable. It really made a huge impact on the night. Thank you

A quick shout out to the staff at the Address Cork. As visitors to Cork we were so fortunate to meet Ramun and Don. Although late, these two found time to make sure our stay was a great one. Ramun is such a lovely and interesting gentleman .Don is the emerald in The Address. He made us laugh so much and is the genuine Irish character which you hope to meet when on holiday in Ireland. The Address is well worth visiting if only to see these two. Thank you both and thank you The Address.

Fabulous staff made sure we had a great time. Amy Mc and Ellen were amazing right up until the end of the night and we were the last to leave. Thank You.

Amazing historical building repurposed but kept tru to the Victorian age. Loved it!
