GreenTree Inn Denver Tech Center

Supposedly 100% non smoking but found a marijuana roach on the floor of our room. Smelled cigarette smoke in the bathroom coming from the next room. Dirt and unknown crumbs found on mattress under the sheets. Whole place smelled weird. Pool was broken and only had coffee to offer on the morning. Never trust what's advertised online!! Hotels.com is hit or miss with expectation vs reality.

It did the job. Rooms were surprisingly better looking than what you see around the hotel. It’s a pretty normal plain hotel with no amenities but if you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in then this is great for what it’s worth! I’d sleep here again

Pretty gross and smelly

Truly disappointing. The room they issued had mold in the bathroom. Did not notice until late into our stay. There was tobacco chew between the nightstands and bed. To top it off, the front desk came in barging into our room for no apparent reason, scanned her badge and tried entering our room in a panic. No one bothered to check for towels, trash or toilet tissue. Overall, it was bad.

Like a lot of these places, the pictures look better than the actual property. Pulling up, cigarette butts all over the place, guy hanging out in the lobby with a big dog. No pool and breakfast as advertised how convenient since covid. Smelled like a wet dog in the room.

The location was great but it was dirty and smells like pot very strong

Overall it wasn’t terrible, but there was a few things that didn’t make sense. All the sheets at sharpie writing of Q’s on the corners which made me feel they weren’t very clean as the sharpie was still very very bold. The floors made my white socks grey within an hour. The surrounding land is all dirt so once it snowed I was sliding through the thick mud. The “breakfast” is a pot of cold coffee. And the room service menu is $13 salads at over priced pizzas. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the other tenants were awesome.

It’s okay for a one night stay like we did. But the bed was super uncomfortable and it wasn’t very clean. Staff was super friendly though!

We didn’t stay. Hotel requires additional money for damage deposit which is not listed anywhere even in fine print. We were on s budget. Never got checked in. Lady at front was nice though.

The sheets covers and bed had black stains and room service didn’t come clean the room until the last day.
