Sheets were extremely scratchy and too small and were coming off the mattress. The hair dryer didn't work and the cord and plug were full of yucky crud.

Everything was wrong about this property. It looked dirty upon arrival. When we got out of the car there was a strong pot smell. Our room wasn’t ready but they did offer us a different room at a discounted rate. The hallway to our room was filthy and the room had a foul odor. The mini fridge was very old and cracked on top and needed to be defrosted. My biggest complaint is that dispite the policy of no smoking including pot, there was always a pot smell on the inside of the hotel.

The towels were super thin and not enough, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling enough, the pillows were flat and not enough, the curtains didn’t block out the light and no coffee!

Hotel was filthy. Staff was rude, charged us an extra 50$ deposit for room. Refused to fix clogged toilet so we had to use public restroom,heard staff making fun of clogged toolet. Only allow 2 towels for 4 person room. Seems to be hotel for lhomeless lots of long term people living there.

This is a live in hotel with really ghetto guests. Had no hot water while i was there and wifi didnt work at all. Horrible hotel

stayed for 5 days, not once did they go clean our room. no clean towels. no toilet paper. dirty sheets

The room was non smoking but reeped of cigarettes. Was offered a deferent room but declined. Fridge was frozen over and floor was soaked. Was given another fridge and floor was cleaned up. Very noisy all night. Could hear kids running and talking all night. Pillows were awful. No info for TV. No guest services. Had a breakfast area, but no breakfast. $50. Deposit for room not worth it. Credit card was charged $98.00 but was given a receipt for $71.28. have not been refunded $50. Yet. Front desk girl did her best to accommodate us. She was very pleasent.

This property had a lot of people living at it, which is fine but there was trash all over outside, people were yelling at crazy hours of the night. The rooms were ok, their was stains all over our sheets and the sheets were really worn in. There is no breakfast at all even though they advertise it.

I felt unsafe and left
