The widow in our room had no latch and could be slid open from the outside which was on a rooftop that was accessible from the parking lot. Not safe!

Upon check-in we was advised that we had to wait 1 hour for our room to be serviced. We was a late arrival (8pm) and after driving for 7 hours we had to wait 1 more hour in the car for the room to be cleaned. The room was not cleaned efficiently. Their looked to be mice droppings in the bathroom, there was hair all over the bathroom, urine stains in the toilet seat and towels were not clean.

Room smelled like paint, no screens on windows, dirty sheets , wifi password didnt work and no do not disturb sign.

The hotel claimed to be under construction- remodeling.. If that's the case they have a long way t to go. For starters the breakfast bar was closed. Otherwise carpets in halls looked worn, horribly slow ancient elevator and blinds so worn you could see worn threads. Good location though. Close to restaurants eyc

I’m not even checked-in. Suddenly, I got a email from Expedia to rate my check-in experience and then I got a phone call from the hotel that says no rooms available. Simply, they robbed my money with planed strategy

Definitely could have been cleaner. They indicated that shampoo and conditioner were provided so I didn’t take my own, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Floors needed a better vacuuming.

It was a little unkept looking, the room was alright, but someone didn't pick up after their dog and I've never had that experience inside the hotel. Some of the staff seemed lazy. Idiot guests were shouting outside of my room, that was annoying. They also don't serve Breakfast in the morning.Ive stayed at better places.

This hotel has attempted to renovate but really the just put lip stick on a pig. Dirty, run down.

Avoid it if you can is my advice

This property is not what it says there is no pool,workout area, no breakfast and no hot tub like in add. Also room service is garbage you have to take your own garbage out and get your own towels and bedding . I have stayed in Many hotels but this one is right up there with the worst I have stayed at. I wish I could add the pics I took just to show how bad this place really is it should be negative 5 stars.
