No hot water couldn’t take a shower at all

There was no hot water. The rooms are very spartan and sterile. The front desk was not staffed when I arrived.

The property had no hot water on arrival. It was never restored. The front desk staff was too busy smoking to care. Nive area, scary people in the lobby the entire time, not guests. No refund was offered.

Basic lodging, few amenities. Just a place to crash.

We drove 13 hours to get here for our reserved room. Front desk said they had no hot water for a week and did I still want to stay. I asked when it would return and was told they had no idea. Nobody ever contacted me to inform me and I had to hunt for another place late in the evening.

This is not a family friendly place.it looked nothing like the pictures. It looked very run down and we weren’t comfortable with staying there with our child given the environment. There were gangs outside.

Pretty good for it being my first time there, they'll definitely get my return business!!!

Nothing worked at check in. No locks on bathroom door. An overall bad experience.
