We didnt even check in to this property… and yet were charged.. our flught was cancelled and couldnt make it. Tried calling the property oved 20 times different timings.. no response.

It’s a cheap, dump. Cheap is all it has going for it. REEKS of pot and meth. Sheets should have been thrown away years ago. Blinds are trashed and you’re on display whenever you’re in the room. Staff is rude and incompetent. They literally gave me a replacement key when I accidentally left it behind, without even asking for my name. My room didn’t have a SMOKE DETECTOR. An effing smoke detector. Why? Because I think there had been a fire in that room and they clearly couldn’t be bothered to even paint over the scorch marks. Bathroom floor was sagging and rotten. The other “people” (we’ll be kind and call them “people”) staying there are repellant and clearly using it as a flop house. There are rooms boarded up on the first floor. First night I was there they had turned off all the outside lights. The “body wash”’was some watered down thing that reeked like PineSol. In fact I think it WAS PineSol. Don’t be fooled by a Greenwood Village location. This is the Hotel Cortez from American Horror Story without any coolness or amenities. The couch was ripped and had body fluid stains. I cannot say enough to warn you away from this place unless you’re a meth head who’s scraped up $90, in which case you’ll fit right in. The one positive thing I can say is that the room despite being dreadful on so many levels, was CLEAN in it is dreadfulness. There’s ONE person there who cares. Avoid at all costs.

I am supposed to be getting a full refund after my conversation on Friday with the rep i was talking to. We checked in and checked right back out!! Dangerous and absolutely filthy!!!! The worst place ! You should not promote them on your site. I sure hope my refund is being processed!!! Let’s address the overwhelming smell of bleach to cover the absolute filth smell! The hair in the fridge along with mold and ass smelling air conditioner! You should really be ashamed of this place! Do better! Out here taking peoples money knowing damn well it’s horrible. Oh let’s not forget the room door did not lock. Pot smell at the door when you walk in should been all the red flags we needed! STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is a complete disaster. The staff is unprofessional and have no idea how to use their reservation systems. For being “newly renovated” our door looked like something had tried to claw its way out. You can literally feel the wind through the windows. The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. We stayed in much cheaper hotels each night throughout our 5 day trip and this was by far the worst for twice the price.

Not sure what this is maybe a rehabilitation but not a hotel ,Felt very unsafe and strange inside this hotel. What in the world is going on in here? People yelling in hallways at night very strange situation. Stay far away from this place.

Take this place off of your website. They did not answer the door when I got there, nor the phone. Ended up having to stay at the airport on the floor. As all hotels had been completely booked. Had to go next-door to the gas station so that I can have a place where I can get picked up again by Uber $80 later. While there the gas station attendant explained that this is what they do all the time to patrons. I am currently trying to get my money back.

The room was not cleaned before we checked in. The floors were dirty and the bed had food stains. The tub had footprints. It was supposed to be a “non-smoking” room but it smelled so bad like someone had just smoked in that room before we went in.

Terrible hotel staff not knowledgeable. Great location in tech center but awful hotel. Smells like smoke and weed throughout entire hotel and in the rooms. Transients walking around all night. Will not stay here again. Would rather sleep in the car.

Be sure to check your bank account and keep an eye on it after giving the front desk your deposit!!! This was the only place I used my credit card during my 3 night stay with them and the day after giving them my $75 deposit, I had charges on my card from several places in the area, mostly online fast food orders! As far as the hotel itself, the room was updated but it still smelled like smoke, the carpet in the halls has not been updated, the door to my room had to be pushed pretty hard to open. The overall “feel” of the place was sketchy. I will NOT be staying there again!

Terrible staff just downright terrible, stole my credit card information ordered chicken on my card front staff stole my credit card and caused me a whole weekend of grief
