The property is not well maintained. The beddings , pillows and the room are low standard and dirty. The entire place is infested with drunk and druggies that stays in the hotel. Not safe. Very u pleasant place to stay.

Bathtub not clean to our liking. Lingering smell through out hallway and room. Beds comfortable

One of the rooms i boocked was not cleaned and they would not clean it canceled the room and did not refund the money horrible service terrible rooms and essentially stole the money for the room the did not clean and canceled

I intended to stay here overnight with my sister who was recovering from surgery. Unfortunately when we checked in we found that she was not able to use the toilet in the room as it was too low and had no grab bar. There wasn't a disabled room available, unfortunately. The staff very kindly refunded us and we ended up finding a different room.

It is not clean, a lot of insects.

Dirty sheets when we walked in, smelled like smoke, generally gross. Found another hotel instead.

The hotel front doorvwas always open, and the service desk was almost never attended. Anyone can just walk in and no one would no. I will never stay here again.

It was perfectly fine for our purposes. I am wondering when I will get back my $75 deposit. This is a common practice that I don't really appreciate. I feel like it's up to me to track my account to make sure it's refunded back to my credit card.

Dirty, no hand towels by sink, lotion and soap dispenser empty, bathroom door had to be shoved closed, arrived 30 min after check in and checked in fine. Went to our room and they were still cleaning it! They changed us room and went from a king to a queen bed and still paid the same price.
