Loved the restaurant, in-room dining and staff. The lagoon room was fabulous and perfect for our trip. It was so peaceful. Spa was also wonderful!

I didn't realize from the photos that the villa rooms were not connected - you have to exit one room to enter another. I also didn't realize the bathrooms were open to the outside making the room difficult to keep cool and allowed bugs. The staff was so kind and accommodating, though! They handled our request beautifully.

I loved the hotel, the hotel staff is amazing, such friendly and helpful people, so sincere, ready to help you at every step! The rooms are clean and beautiful, we had a room with a private pool so it was even more cool! Highly recommend! If we ever go back to Bali Ubud definetelly staying there again!
