do not recommend this place at all, and I have no intention of staying there again. There is absolutely no value for money compared to what is offered. The hotel looks completely different in the photos than it does in reality. It was the most expensive hotel I paid for in Bali, and the only one that was not worth it. I did not like it at all, and on top of that, we had a serious issue in the room. There was an animal inside the room, which is obviously unacceptable. The situation was handled very poorly, and the manager did not even speak to us, despite the seriousness of the problem. Overall, the service and attitude were very disappointing.

Beautiful attentive staff and lovely grounds. Staff were very helpful in helping us to solve a few problems, book transport and serve us at breakfast and dinner. The chefs are very good. Our massage was lovely. The daily shuttles to and from Ubud centre made it easy to drop in for lunch, dinner or sight seeing.

There was noisy construction work behind our villa that impacted what was meant to be a peaceful stay. The staff did assist us as best they could to alleviate the impact of the noise.
