Nice rooms, very clean, staff were friendly. The pool was wonderful. It's hard to fault. Fantastic view of both sides of the hotel. Bathroom shower all very nice and new.

Breakfast could have been better. I thought the eggs didn't have much taste. Nasi goreng was good, though.

Out of Ubud so require hotel shuttle or car to get to places not really walking distance to anything

Staff service was brilliant, extremely helpful staff. Pool is beautiful, clean. Food was good quality.

May be water bottles should be more than only 6 bottles/ day for 3 persons, as Harcia certified as 5* hotel.
