في البداية حجزت جاردن فيو وكانت جدا صغيره ومو مريحه ومافيها شطاف بعدين طلعت لفيلا لاجون اطلالة ع المسبح كانت جدا جميلة فيها شطاف ونظيفة الافطار لذيذ الاطلالة على مزارع الارز جدا جميلة المسبح مشترك مع فلل اخرى لكن عندي ملاحظات بكتبها تحت

كانت عندنا وزغه بالغرفه طول فترة اقامتنا وعجز العامل يطلعها علب ماء الشرب كذا علبه جديده فتحناها وكان فيها نمل المسبح مو انظف شي والاهم والاخطر وجدنا ثعبان اسود في المنتجع وهذا يشكل خطر على السياح وخصوصا الاطفال اما عن وجود الوزغ خارج الغرفه في جهة المسبح يعتبر طبيعي

فندق جميل نظيف وهادي الغرفة اللي اخذتها كانت مطله على مسبح والمزارع منظر مفتوح وكانت جميلة جداً ومريحة الافطار ممتاز والخدمة رائعة والطاقم ادب واحترام كثير.

شوي حشرات لو ما قفلت الباب في الليل ممكن تدخل عليك.

Loved the room, the afternoon tea and breakfast was delicious that was included in our stay. The staff were so lovely! Great price for a 5⭐️ hotel

The pool, it looks gorgeous but it’s absolutely freezing. And I mean freezing, it feels like you’re are doing a cold plunge ice bath. Which is sad because it looks so nice! We genuinely seen no one using it, in the 5 nights we stayed. If there was any way of slightly heating the pool, much more guests would choose to use it as it deserves it!

All the staff are extremely friendly, Villa is huge and clean, complimentary soft drinks are awesome! Restaurant is spacious and food is good, especially the tea time set! Special thanks to Pak Agus being our fantastic driver for the road trip, enjoyed ever chatting with him.

Maybe the kids room can have more toys, but it’s good enough to keep the kids entertained a while. Pool water it’s abit cold despite hot sun, but kids still endured and enjoy it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was stunning and the hotel was well kept. Not too far with a Grab to central Ubud and they have a free hotel shuttle.

The breakfast options weren’t that many but what was on offer was delicious
