Please inform Mango House Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

Access from balcony directly to the pool area was great, as was the pool area itself. Very peaceful setting.

A little too far from town to walk & the couch wasn't real comfy.

Pool and gardens are lovely. Facilities were very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Very handy to The Tavern, which is within walking distance with well priced meals. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main town.
