The beach at the condo has sand, but to get into the water, there are many rocks. There are nice beaches nearby either direction.

Liked- ocean front, free WiFi and parking, nice pool and hot tub, very nice staff at front desk. Dislike - the property is a little dated but a great value for budget conscious travelers.

The condo is located about 2 miles from downtown Kona, so it's convenient. The condo is older, the furniture was older, it just felt old.

Beautiful ocean front views. Amazing sunset. Closer to Da Poke shack for awesome poke.

Buildings old, TV would not work the first night they would not do anything on the bill. They offered free coffee in your room after the first night they charged you if you wanted coffee in your room.

Deceitful Expedia listing, search on price $86 Additional fees at check in $80+ Destination fee, cleaning fee etc Very dissatisfied and would not recommend the hotel or Expedia to anyone.

The condo was really nice, loved having a kitchen, but the bedroom didn’t have A/C only fans. Way too hot to sleep in. The mattress was also old and sunken in. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room by the A/C. Nice view of the ocean. Pool was really nice.

Hotel needs updated, extremely noisy. TV did not work first night, coffee in the room is free first night after that they charge you.

It was nice clean and close to the shore. It was great area. Friendly staff

Unit 263 is not what was shown on Expedia. It’s outdated and broken down. We were happy with the ac, bed, and shower but the kitchen was a mess. They need to remodel the unit and replace the unit ulitites, I’m very sorry for the negative review but it was not what I had expected when I booked the place. I’m very willing to pay more and get a decent unit . It’s unfortunate that the actual pictures of unit 263 was not shown on Expedia, otherwise I would have chosen a different unit even if the price was higher.
