I did NOT stay in this hotel because it was uninhabitable. YET, I was billed for the entire stay even though I did not stay more than 5 minutes and I saw the room and the manager was there when I saw it and cancelled the room stay right then and there.

The bed sucks the TV sucks, no guide even the guide on ch 2 does not match the channel. The pool has a white powdery substance on the surface. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Definitely never return to a Best Western hotel again.

First room we got had bed bugs so we got moved to another room. Spent one night in the second room woke up with bites and just checked out a day early.
