"Exceptional"

This was a great little hotel. Great and safe area. We just needed a place to sleep for one night but wanted near our event. This was perfect. The swimming pool was dirty but everything else was excellent. Great price

It was a good experience. The room was clean, and the hotel was near a lot of conveniences. The only issue was that the drain cover in the tub was broken, so I had to keep it open by sticking the soap (unopened in the packaging) between the tub and the drain, which worked fine.

"Great and clean"

We liked the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. The location is great. Everything you could possibly need is around you. Overall it was great for a short stay. I have a crawling baby so I was concerned about the carpet stains. Their breakfast area was quite small and when items run out you have to ask them to restock. It was kinda weird to find the coffee maker in the bathroom.

Only the location. There was absolutely not one thing to like about this property.

Unfriendly staff, unclean room, horrible bed, no ice, no vending, and used shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles. We will never stay at this property again.

The parking lot was really small. Spaces were small and no matter where you parked someone was going to hit your vehicle with their vehicle doors. I asked for a downstairs room when I booked because I was with my mom and godfather who can not do stairs much due to disability. We were given an upstairs room and told it was the last one available. The room was nice but would not stay here again.

"Good time in Austin especially for the train ride."

We were disappointed. The pool was not open until April1. And had hoped to. Swim in the 97 degree heat the day we arrived on. March 14. The dates. For the outdoor pool. Should be added to. The Hotels.com web site. We found a nearby indoor. Splash facility.. The breakfasts were. Great and staff managing the breakfasts did a great job. This location was very. Central to many activities we. We’re there to enjoy….the sports park, the Austin Steam Train. Association yard to see the train come and go,, really good restaurants for supper.. Our stay was very nice..
