Best Western Cedar Inn

Stayed two nights first night put me in the wrong room gave me a double bed second night had already charged my card representative. Said I didn’t so I paid for another room so and it was terrible.

Great location, close to plenty of shopping and dining options. Right up the street from HEB, which is a money saver if you’re trying to save some money and not eat out every night. I had interactions with about four separate employees during my stay, and every single one was incredibly nice and helpful! As someone moving here from out of state, it didn’t go unnoticed, and it was a really warm welcome to Texas!

The room itself was very clean and spacious, but if I had anything negative to say about the room itself, it’d be that the mattress is a little stiff. Even still, that’s subjective, and the room was great aside from that small thing. I will say, something to just be aware of, and it’s not necessarily the hotels fault, but there’s a lot of foot traffic and people hanging out by cars in the parking lot. Just be aware of this and don’t leave anything of value in your cars.

Comfortable, friendly service, and good breakfast

Front desk attendant was very cooperative and offering extra pillows or any other amenities that were needed for our stay

The room was very clean. There was standing water in the bathroom floor, the room above us was very noisy. They kept walking back and forth for a long time. Finally quit around 10:00 at night

Room was adequate, small refrigerator noisy at every cycle. Our room was having to put up with several loud guests phone conversations right outside our room late at night,need some type of security to make rounds and make surroundings more secure or at least guests feel more secure
