Did not have an elevator to get to second floor.

It was a good stay. Breakfast was good. The registration clerks were very nice!

The property needs some refreshing, but the room is clean and has adequate bath items. The mattresses are in great shape, which is important. It is in a convenient location for our trip to Cedar Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a good stay.

Stayed Mar 8-9 & I'm currently still covered in angry (confirmed) bed bug welts, primarily on my left side - shouler, hand, hip, calf & foot. Plus a few on my right shoulder. I'm hoping no bugs hitched a ride home. On arrival, we were given room 200 - no elevators so we lugged our luggage up the stairs (having not realized that it was motel style is on us) - the door wouldn't open. Either the mechanism was broken or the room was occupied. Back down, & up again when staff came to try. Back down for a new key to the room 2 doors to the right. Staff was apologetic. It opened and we went right to bed, pushing midnight. We woke bright and early to the sun shining in cuz the slats on the shade were demolished. We could see people walking by, so, in turn, I'm sure they could see us. I saw 2 small dots of what looked like dried blood on the pillow and wasn't sure if it was already there or from me. It didn't click. The hubs stepped out of bed and told me to put my shoes on because the carpet on his side was sticky with something- ew. We went to shower. There was no water. When it got up to a trickle, the hubs showered as best he could. I didn't dare attempt it. I'd have never rinsed the shampoo out - within 5min, the water pressure was completely gone. We dry brushed our teeth, skipped breakfast & left. My back was itching like crazy. On getting home, I went to shower and saw the welts. More appeared through the day and into the next. I already had a routine doctors appointment scheduled. Bites confirmed to be bed bugs. Now we wait. To add insult to injury, the room was $125, presumably because of the festival. Ugh

was registered to have a single king size bed; when I arrived and check in they put me in a double. I rent a room as individual, no one with me; I expect to get the king size bed requested

Breakfast was good. Location was very good.

The handicapped room had to step up and over the bathtub. The shower diverter valve only worked about halfway. (Leaking into the tub which resulted into a weak shower.)

Not fancy but clean and comfortable including the beds. Situated between businesses yet very quiet. The person that checked us in was nice enough but not overly welcoming. Only problem we had was at night, returning to our room, all 3 of our card keys were demagnetized. It was very cold out and we had to go down to the front desk to reactivate them.
