Everything was fine. The room was bigger than we thought Clean and Easy access since my Husband is Disabled I asked at the desk for a ground floor and there was No Problem.

My first room on the ground floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if someone had urinated throughout the entire floor. It was terrible.

This hotel is comfortable enough. The pool didn't look clean and the fitness room was closed. Looking in the window you can see nothing but boxes. Looked like it was used for storage. The main appeal of this hotel is the location. It was very close to the venue we were in Austin to visit. My main complaint came after the stay. I left two pair of jeans in the room. I called the next day and was told they weren't there. I know exactly where I left them. I realize it is my mistake, but still...

"Horrible experience. Now we are having trouble getting a refund. The pictures of the motel room is a lie"

Absolutely nothing. Filthy, sheets were damp due to humidity in room along with mildew smell. Sheets looked as though they had not been changed. My husband’s sinuses immediately started acting up. Carpets had black stains everywhere. Shower head covered in mold. We could not stay there. We left the property.

This location is dated, room wasn't the cleanest (also bugs), pool didn't look clean. The staff was nice and free breakfast was good. Loud stuff going on at the train yard at 2am..Hotel did the job for a quick stay.
