Hotel itself was great and comfortable. Everything was clean and the whole process was simple

The first bit of staff we ran into at check in was a little rude and scary as the man raised his voice at us when we misunderstood the woman checking us in and asked her to repeat herself, he also seemed to watch our every move and just made us a bit uncomfortable. Though the woman at the front desk when we came back at about 11pm was very sweet and definitely made up for the first interaction.

The bathroom sink stopped up and they said they would get it in the morning when we were checking out.So that was kind of a bomber, overall, not bad but for the money.I want expecting a little bit more to be honest probably won't come back.

"Lousy place to stay. LaQuinta next door was packed while this Best Western had only a handful."

Thought I was getting a clean room but found out that I didn't.

TV didn't work and could not be fixed; sofa was filthy and should have been trashed long ago. Put in a different room with another dirty sofa.

The Breakfast was great with a wide variety and choices. Hot breakfast menu and/or cereal along with fresh fruit & pastries. Clean rooms. If you need extra or clean items for the next day...you better ask early( evidently a 2 day stay needs housekeeping told early)
