"Disappointed "

The room was fine. However the room above mine kept stormping on floor. Sounded like jumping off beds. So very noisy until after 1030.

"Convenient hotel with good breakfast"

The hotel is convenient to Urbandale. The breakfast was good. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and super accommodating. The pillows were a little lumpy, but not terrible. Nice Air Conditioner and good blackout curtains

A lot of road construction going on around the hotel making it difficult to get there. But when you do get there, the rooms are very nice, modern and comfortable.

Clean room. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Great location. Was located close to work site. Close to good restaurants. Not far to travel to events or gambling. The hotel staff is top notch. They are always pleasant, willing to help with any questions you might have.

When we pulled in we could hear construction, but when we got in our room, we couldn't hear any outside noise. Staff recommended a breakfast place-it was fantastic. Staff we came into contact with were extremely pleasant. Very nice stat

It’s an okay place. One front desk staff member, David, treats guest horribly and made us feel very uncomfortable being at the property. I would caution anyone staying at this property of this front desk staff member because he’s makes the stay unpleasant and he works a lot of the shifts.
