口コミでチェックインの仕方が難しいとありましたが、前日にメールで案内がきて、難しさは感じませんでした。尋ねたい事もエクスペディアの連絡で尋ねた際も迅速な解答を頂きとても助かりました。少し潔癖な私も十分安心するぐらい衛生的でとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。近くにセブンがあり、広島駅からもキャリーで移動しても負担にならない丁度いい距離でした。また利用させていただきたいです。

The facility is great. Location is good, car parking near by. The only bad thing is the night shift remote staff seems not good in English. Say "No No No" only without a full sentence. I enquire for extra pillow for my 80 years dad coz the pillow is too soft. I know this is a budget hotel may not have extra. but rather than NO NO NO, i think you can rephrase it better.

Pretty spacious for what it was, comfortable. About 10 min walk from station

The iPad bookings are always a bit confusing, but realize it’s to keep staffing costs down so ok.

We had a very pleasant stay. Room was really good. Unfortunately we couldn't open the window for some fresh air. Airco was good, but always nicer to have an open window at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at GRAND BASE Hiroshima Ekimae. It's 12 min walking to JR Station. The place is exactly as the photo shows, we are in four and it acommodated us pretty well. Very clean, new appliances.
