Lovely room and facilities

Check in was a bit stressful. I received an email with check in details (eg. Door pin no) in Japanese, and unfortunately I don't speak/read Japanese. So I had to try and ring for help. The people who answered were very helpful.

Very clean and a larger than expected room with many ammenities

It is an unmanned hotel and we had issues checking in. Can be a bit hard to reach the staff if there is issues.
