Clean. About ten minute walk to Shinkansen station.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Beautiful setting, close to public transport and facilities.

Unstaffed

We travelled as a family of 4 and this property was one of few that had 4 separate beds. It was also within walking distance from Hiroshima station. It is located in a relatively quiet part of town, and having (from memory) 6 rooms, it was also a quiet stay.

Spacious, clean and modern Japanese style with functional kitchen

Powder room, while clean, had an unpleasant odour at check-in and throughout stay.

Location was great. Easy access. it was a. good place, a handy 7/11 and a nice restaurant close by. Trains a short walk away.

We all thought the pillows were a little hard. Maybe a second soft pillow for each guest would be an option. Not a lot of room for 4 of us but we didn't have any problems.

アメニティなどの確認は、チャットで敏速丁寧に確認できた。 ただ、今回宿泊の24時間まえのチェックイン等の案内が届かず、当日電話でのやり取りがなかなか繋がらなく苦労したことと、入室してからホテルの案内用タブレットが機能しておらず、案内やチェックアウト等の確認が出来ず、サイトなどを確認するも、確認したい情報(例えばチェックアウトの方法)が載っておらず大変でした。 部屋の方は設備は整っていて快適に過ごせました。 清掃に関しては他の口コミにもある様に、少し汚れが有りました。
