The Private beach was the only the good point

The staff is not responsive, they are just eager to charge for everything and decline every other request. They didn't even want to give us water without paying. Moreover, the hotel policies no where mention that the price mentioned on the website is to be paid in cash and they will charge 3-4% extra of you pay by card. They have a resturant in the resort, yet when I asked them to give a few sugar sachets they refused. It is a horrible property

Nice and big villa. Comfy beds , the on site staff were amazing and helped us with all our needs . Lily Jenny Ann were always there and answered straight away any time.

A little far from da nang and Hoi Ann but taxis are cheap so not a big problem.

Апартаменты находятся в отдалении от центра города, что для нас было плюсом, так как в этом районе тихо, много парков и пустой, чистый пляж. Еще плюсы: - красивая инфраструктура поселка, он сам большой и закрытый, можно безопасно гулять с маленькими детьми. Красивый ландшафтный дизайн, есть речка, теннисный корт, два бассейна, включая зоны для детей. - чистота апартаментов + уборка каждый день (девушкам что убирались и мыли посуду отдельный респект). - Прекрасный сервис. Тони и Дженни всегда были на связи и готовы помочь + быстрое заселение.

Wi-fi часто плохо работал, 1-2 раза в день надо было перезагружать роутер.

The staff were friendly. The beach was easily accessible. Tony was very helpful with recommendations for tours and helped with booking restaurants

Wish we could stay longer

Manager called us on the last day to cancel booking reservation so they would not pay the commission. Unacceptable behaviour. They called themselves the danang ocean villas which it wrong and misleading since they are not the ocean villas management. Since they are private hosts ( and we actually thought we were booking with ocean villas management) we were not entitled to use the buggy, to have phone in our room to call room service, no free breakfast, etc. I already made a complaint to booking because they need to change the name they used when they advertised the property

Welcomed by Lily who did a great job looking after us.

Удобные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Рядом несколько бассейнов, уборка проводится каждый день и моют даже посуду. Прекрасный персонал - Тони и Дженни всегда готовы помочь, на связи 24/7 и очень милы. Большая, зеленая территория, хороший, тихий пляж - заход в море неглубокий, что отлично для детей.

- не ко всем розеткам подходят европейские вилки (часто выпадают), поэтому лучше попросить удлинитель - wi-fi иногда не подключается (если подключено более 3х устройств) - оплата тренажерного зала только за наличные
