Clean. Downstairs drink machine. Car park

Sink leaked in bathroom. No food available in evening however online suggests otherwise. Arriving late evening we had expected to eat at hotel however ended up having to walk down to Tesco. You need to update your website as very disappointing

"A NIGHTMARE AND VEEY FRIGHTENING"

I did not like the fact I was trapped in a lift and no one could hear the emergency bell. After pressing and holding the bell button it eventually made an emergency call to a answer phone. I was found but only after Forcing a gap in the door and screaming for help into the shaft. After being found the saga started. Far to much to say in writing so perhaps someone with authority may call me.

"Don’t bring the kids!!!"

Its location was fantastic! It was clean.

Having to pay extra for parking. The bed for the child was a JOKE!! You wouldn’t have a dog sleep on it and we ended up moving her onto the mattress on the floor! Charge more and give them a proper bed, they are human too!!!

This hotel is excellent, great location walking distance to all corners of the 2nd city and surrounding by nightlife and walking distance from the train station

Make it abit cheaper and put a fan in every room
