"Excellent"

Staff were very good - one of the guys was chatty and friendly. Location worked well for what we needed - work conference. Breakfast was decent.

The hot weather made it slightly warmer and the AC couldve been slightly better but i understand this was exceptionally hot weather

The Ibis Styles hotel room was cosy. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I can't praise it enough. Breakfast options are great. I will definitely go back.

"Non-working AC ruined the stay"

Clean rooms and staff is friendly but couldn’t solve my AC issues.

AC was not working in my room on a very hot day. Staff tried to fix it at midnight but it didn’t work until 3am after which they suggested to change room. I was there on a business trip and all I wanted was a good night sleep before a busy day but my night was unfortunately ruined.

Comfy GIANT bed!! Staff were lovely and welcoming on arrival Free tea and coffee in reception area Great location for the arena

Our room was by the lift and we could hear every time the lift was in use
