Days Inn by Wyndham Corvallis

Staff very nice and room was clean. Hotel needs remodeling, everything is old and worn. Water in shower drips constantly. When you turn on the water in the sink it makes a loud clunking noise. It just needs some TLC.

Rundown and no hot water-never again. The carpet is filthy with large stains everywhere. The place is a tear down.

Room appearance was very dated and need attention. Carpet through out the hotel was very dirty. Sinks and tubs were old and had cracks. Windows were broken and did not open and shut securely. Advertising said they had a grab n go breakfast, did not see this perk. Just expected to see in much better conditions for the price point.

I was disappointed in finding that a $100 "deposit" or something was charged to my credit card upon check-in, in addition to the room charge, WITHOUT ever (to my knowledge) so notifying me that funds would be withheld. Even the receipt does not show the $100 "deposit". I am not opposed to the "deposit"... I am opposed to not being told as the charge was occurring. Best regards and aloha, Steve

It was close to OSU, restaurants and stores, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Drippy faucets, loose shower curtain rod & cloth shower curtain that got soaked & let water out to puddle on the bathroom floor, old elevator that smelled unpleasant and the carpets in the hallways, though vacuumed, were heavily stained.

It listed with free breakfast but there was none. The building and carpet is old.
