La comida es deliciosa, el hotel está limpio y el personal es muy amable.

Sería mejor instalar un deshumidificador durante la temporada de lluvias. Siento que la colcha de la habitación está húmeda por la humedad, y sería genial si se pudiera limpiar el aire de los mosquitos.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. No matter what you ask your need. The food was great. The Sushi exceptionally good (let's not forget we are in Mexico) Rooms are very comfy and a good size. All Restaurants and even the coffee shop are included.

Hotel slowly could do with a revamp. Shower leaks and you start seeing the wear and tear if the building. One thing we found a little annoying was at the check in. The Hyatt cooperation wants you to sign up for a free promotion breakfast etc.. Finally a firm no was accepted. But you gotta be firm. I suppose this is just something not part of our culture. Also the side on which the entertainment at the pool takes place switches randomly (literally- even the staff said so). One day you think a great this is the quiet relaxing side, the next day you have the music pumping. This is something that should be changed and have a fixed "entertainment" and a more quiet pool area assigned. The Hotel very much is set up to cater for US customers. Just something to be aware of as maybe not compatible for anyone. We had great fun.

El servicio es excelente, es un Lindo lugar para descansar y divertirse.

La habitación que me asignaron inicialmente en el Piso 1 era oscura, tenía humedades y no tenía buen aseo pues los insectos muertos se veían pegados en las paredes.

Lo staff nei ristoranti e in spiaggia sempre molto disponibili. Ristorante a buffet vario, soprattutto a colazione. Veramente buono il sushi e il Capri grill

Camera molto umida e con un po’ di muffa sul soffitto. Gli ombrelloni in paglia in spiaggia dovrebbero essere gratis, ma é impossibile trovarli liberi, perché c’è chi se li fa riservare… Può risultare scomodo se si vuole andare a fare una passeggiata, perché fuori dal resort non c’è nulla ed è necessario prendere un taxi per fare qualsiasi cosa. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti dei voucher sconto da utilizzare tra spa, acquisto bottiglie di vino, cena romantica. ATTENZIONE: nella SPA accertarsi che per il servizio scelto si possa usufruire dello sconto, a me per esempio l’hanno negato senza alcun motivo. La ragazza all’accoglienza del tempest restaurant (sushi) è abbastanza scortese. Le due volte che siamo andati ci ha fatto aspettare 15 min per farci accomodare in posti visibilmente liberi e dove tra l’altro non era nemmeno necessaria la prenotazione.
