Hotel Marina Riviera

This place was wonderful!! Clean and friendly and an amazing location!

The restrooms in the bar area needed some attention when they started getting busier. We brought it to their attention but nothing was taken care of in the next couple of hours that we were there.

Location was perfect. I really like the views amenities food.

Cold plunge had hair floating in it/on the bottom both days we were there ie. doesn't seem to get emptied/cleaned. I was disappointed that it was too gross to use. No one was at the front desk when we got there, had to wait 10 min. or so. Front desk person didn't mention anything about breakfast. No map/explanation of the hotel layout/what it offered. No info. given about wifi. We were told upon checking that there was complimentary late checkout at noon but the next day when we asked we were told right away that there was no option for late checkout. Some of the staff were not friendly at all.

What a lovely place to stay. The location was great and close to everything. The room was adorable and I want to decorate my own home the same. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay again

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is unlike any other I’ve seen before. Definitely has to be the nicest hotel in big bear at the moment

Shower had no soap. Housekeeping had to be requested.. we waited until 5pm and that's when they told us... and it was only to fix the bed and empty trash. Not what i would expect in a new hotel.

Across the street from the village and clean

Was on 2nd floor and it could hear every footstep above us, it was not comfortable and wouldn’t stay here again

Great place, clean, nice vibe, beautiful updated rooms with an incredible view. Nice bar and outdoor spa, pool and a very cute sauna.
