Hotel Marina Riviera

This is the place to stay if you are traveling to Big Bear Lake. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Rooms were recently renovated and are beautiful. Slept better than I do at home. Love that they are dog friendly! The restaurant attached to the resort is delicious but limited options. The bartender Kenzi was delightful. She made our night just chatting away about life. Great service throughout our stay from the hotel reception, wait staff, and cleaning crew. They are all so friendly. You won’t feel like you’re in CA while you stay (a good thing)!

Great receptionist and loved the location

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We also loved the bartenders at the on site restaurant. The view from our room was great and we loved using the fire pits during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great location for ski, golf, restaurants and shopping. The hotel charges high-end rates, but functionality of premises, and limitation of the restaurant menus, and food/ drinks presentation are very poor for what they charge. We will not to return after our 2nd visits due to the highly increased rates with decreased improvement and services. It’s so comical that the fancy name appetizers were served on the cheap paper plates, and cocktails were ready made. The beautiful location was wasted.

The Marina Riviera has undergone a meticulous renovation. Beautiful and thoughtful remodel - best hotel in Big Bear by far! We stayed in one of the cabins and they were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. Great location in the heart of big bear and epic lake front views. Sauna and pool were very clean and a nice touch.

We had the best time celebrating our anniversary at Hotel Marina Riviera! The hotel was so modern and new, we enjoyed doing the cold plunge and sauna during our stay which was such a nice treat. We had the best time having happy hour at the De La Nonna restaurant which has the most stunning views. The all the staff were so kind and happy to be there. Rosie helped us at the front desk and was more than accommodating and friendly. We can’t wait to get back asap!
