Place was filly i did not say there i had to book another hotel i do expect a refund of £90 The arden hotel is for down and out not for holiday makers should be closed down

Wasn’t clean at all, strong smell of urine as soon as you walk through the door. Beds are like sleeping on bricks, duvets and pillows aren’t any better. Shower doors are broken and hanging off so when showering, water just sprays out. Shower drain was also clogged so full of other people’s hair. Blinds are broken .
