Super 8 by Wyndham Kirkland Lake

Tv not working in room told front desk on first nite no one come to fix. 2 days no tv . Room cost over 350.00 cad and no tv ..unacceptable

It’s basic accommodation and the room has a musty smell. Staff were friendly and it’s a convenient location.

I paid $ 188, and very disappointed, no breakfast

Super 8 motel in Kirkland Lake. Omg, I could barely get to the first room's outer entrance because of the snow piled up and ice that formed. Narrow door to the room itself that swings shut (almost fell down struggling to hold door open n push walker thru). The little hallway (in the room) was barely able to accommodate the upright walker. And yes, while booking , i did say i was disabled...... There was puke on the wall n rug under the bench where you put your luggage. GROSS !!! So, on to the second room. A mattress from the 60"s, I'm sure.... no TV (cable) or internet service. Floor is so spongy at the entrance. But the freakiest .... is the crack pipe outside my room door nicely placed up against the door frame step. Try n sleep knowing that's outside your door n who knows if they are coming back for it...... the shower curtain was rod was broken, so the curtain gathered at the center. So because it was booked thru a third party, (booking.com) I still had to pay full price as agreed upon..... so beware of your lodgings peeps..... wowzers. Fbs !!!! $183.69 Never ever will I stay there again, nor will I recommend this motel to anyone. I have already told friends about my experience, n they told me to write to you about it n the better business bureau.

The rooms were filthy. As soon as my family member checked in, all they could smell was old tobacco. Requested to change rooms & after three attempts they cancelled and stayed elsewhere due to cleanliness. This was a short stay due to weather road closure and was an added stress to the unforeseen circumstances

The rooms were so pretty and spacious.

A little dated, but staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Conveniently located

First night tons of doors slamming for hours. Second night karaoke started at midnight, doors slamming, yelling for hours. Front desk did nothing as they were friends with one of the people. Mold in the bathrroms. Felt dirty. Bed skirt had crusty brown stains. We had a 8hr drive the following morning with no sleep.
