Una ventana no podía cerrarse y se escuchaba todo de fuera. Una cama era cómoda pero otra no tanto.

- personal don't speaking english and they send you informations only in spanish, this is very bad - personal chaos - next day morning wasn't novody on reception, we were there locked like in jail, nobody picked phone or answered on our messages, it was horrible - dissapointment

CAWater pressure of the shower was too low to be usable. Room lacking natural/ bulbs lighting. Bedsheets with stains. Lack of attention to detail such as mini fridge and TV unplugged upon arrival.
